Billy Schewee

Principal, Pre-K - 2nd Grade

William “Billy” Schewee is the Pre-K through Second Grade Principal at The School of Liberal Arts and Science. This is Mr. Schewee’s sixth year as principal, fifth at The School of Liberal Arts and Science. Before becoming a principal, Mr. Schewee taught third and fourth grades at Trinity Basin Preparatory. He also served as principal at Trinity Basin Preparatory for the 2007-2008 school year. Mr. Schewee has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and received his teaching degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce. Mr. Schewee lives in Carrollton with his wife, Joey, of six years and his two sons, Will (3) and Sam (1).

Therese Dean

Principal, 3rd - 10th Grade

Therese Dean is the 3^rd – 10^th grade principal at SLAS. The 2010 – 2011 school year will be her third at SLAS where she previously served as the Assistant Principal. Ms. Dean has a Bachelor Degree and a Master’s Degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. Prior to joining SLAS she spent 6 years as the Assistant Academic Officer and Counselor at St. John Catholic school in Ennis

Stephen Parmer is the 3rd - 10th Grade Vice Principal at The School of Liberal Arts and Science.
